About

Dr Clinton Scott has practiced in the Northern Rivers for 9 years. Having worked at the Bangalow Medical Centre, The Byron Central Hospital, Byron Private Treatment Centre and Sundoctors Byron Bay.

He studied Medicine at the University of Queensland and, upon graduating, worked in Far North Queensland before settling in the Byron Bay Region.

He has developed a keen interest, and growing expertise, in the medical and surgical management of skin cancers.

He has completed further education with The Skin Cancer College Australia, The Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology and Healthcert Education:

  • Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy (Skin Cancer College of Australasia)

  • Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine (HealthCert Education)

  • Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery (HealthCert Education)

  • Certification in Skin Cancer Surgery (Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology)

  • Workshops with the Australia College of Cutaneous Oncology:
    - Dermoscopy
    - Essentials Workshop
    - Flaps and Grafts Workshop

Dr Scott is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
